One of the new features in the new Pharmec NOVA 2.0 version is the Riskogram module, available in the Actions section of the Consultation.
The tool enables the assessment and printing of risk across several major areas relevant to medical practice, including cardiovascular diseases, oncological conditions, mental and reproductive health, melanoma, chronic kidney disease, pulmonary diseases, osteoporosis, urinary incontinence, dementia and lifestyle.
The risk profile chart is central to preventive care in family medicine. By integrating this feature into the consultation workflow, the physician can more easily access the information needed to assess and objectively categorize risks. Thus, the application facilitates every stage of the preventive medical service:

New medical documents and digital signing
NOVA 2.0 also expands the range of medical documents. Users can now generate, save, and print additional documents, such as the child’s summary record, the vaccination record, epidemiological clearance, the declaration for low-income pensioners, and the medical letter regarding disability.
In addition, the forms available in the Documents section can be digitally signed, helping to streamline administrative workflows in the practice.
Smart notifications for enhanced safety and efficiency
In day-to-day medical practice, automated checks and alerts can reduce the risk of operational errors and streamline clinic workflows. Pharmec NOVA 2.0 introduces notifications and confirmation prompts for scenarios such as multiple consultations for the same patient on the same day, the creation of a new prescription for a chronic condition, available prescription series, or the existence of a similar prescription issued during the current month for the “List B 90%” category.
The application also includes reminders to insert the patient card when saving the prescription and completing the consultation.
Other optimizations: SPV invoicing, background PIAS validation, eCard, and SIUI.
The new version also brings significant updates regarding integrations with external systems used in the practice’s operations.
The SPV invoicing module has been updated in accordance with the latest document transmission requirements, including modifications to the XML file structure and the automation of certain mandatory fields.
Also, the new component for SIUI/SIPE/DES validation runs in the background and utilizes dedicated logs for Dashboard validations. Furthermore, NOVA 2.0 features optimizations for both the eCard and the offline authentication experiences, while the SIUI connection utilizes certSIGN G4 certificates.
